HOW TO MAKE LUPIS

● Ingredients :

-Glutinous rice

-Lime water

-Brown sugar

-Coconut leaves

-Grated coconut

● Steps how to make it :

First, wash the glutinous rice then soak it one day after that drain.

Second, mix glutinous rice with whiting water and salt.

Third, stir until blended and wrap with leaves.

Fourth, heat the water until it boils, then boil the lupis cake until it is cooked for about an hour.

Then, make a lupis sauce by slicing brown sugar and adding starch and 100 ml of water.

After than, bring it to a boil over medium heat until it boils and turn off the heat.

Finally, serve lupis with brown sugar and coconut sauce.
